“If you could wake up tomorrow and be fluent in any language you don’t currently speak, which would it be? Why? What’s the first thing you do with your new linguistic skills?” -The Daily Post
Chinese, of course! I’m so incredibly passionate about the language, the culture, their values, everything. The prompt says to pick a language “I don’t currently speak” – does this mean fluently or at all?
I know enough Chinese to get around but I’m certainly not fluent yet- as much as I want to be!
If it had to pick a language I don’t speak at all, then it would be Japanese!
I don’t know why European languages don’t interest me… I think it upsets my grandma a little bit. I’m 100% Italian but all I know is Ciao~
