As you may know, April marks the start of Gaypril – a month filled with events pertaining to a variety of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender topics. During the first week of Gaypril, Rutgers celebrates with Sexapalooza: a week filled with back-to-back events like The Female Orgasm, Sex Toy Bingo, and my personal favorite: the Sex in the City Scavenger Hunt.
Task: Spell LOVE in front of the Imperial Theater.
Task: Convince a stranger to “Dab.”
Task: Post a photo with your team.
Task: Photo with Billboard in Times Square.
Task: Stand in front of the wall of chocolate.
Task: Read a book in the NYC Public Library.
Task: Replicate a mannequin pose.
Task: Take a picture with a celebrity.
Task: Take a picture with 2 lovebirds in the Disney Store.
Task: Convince a stranger to do a sexy pose.
Task: Take a picture with a Broadway show billboard.
Task: Picture with dessert at Baked by Mellisa.
Task: Find the Empire State Building.
Task: Hold something from Starbucks.
Task: Find twins or triplets.
Task: Replicate the Rockette Kick.
Task: Take a picture with a wax statue.
With the time limit we faced, we were only able to take so many selfies. Sadly, we did not make it to all of the places we had hoped to visit. However, on a more positive note, we DID make it to MOST of the places and won THIRD PLACE in the competition!
Our prize was round-trip train tickets to go BACK to New York City! 😀 Awesome!
