“What are the things you need to do within 30 minutes of waking up to ensure your day gets off on the right foot? What happened the last time you didn’t do one of these things?” -The Daily Post
Honestly, I think my answer to this question is a rather simple one. If I get out of bed within 30 minutes of waking up, I tend to have a really productive day. On the other hand, if I choose stay in bed after waking up (ie. endlessly hitting snooze) it ruins any chance I had at a productive morning.
That’s why I try to jump out of bed the second I wake up. There’s literally a 3 second delay between my alarm going off and my feet hitting the floor.
Nice post and that is exactly what I would do too.
Thanks! 🙂
