A close friend of mine gave me a wooden Totoro Clock for Christmas this year to complement my Totoro Chromebook. I can’t wait to add it to my dorm room. 🙂

I like the clock, I love Ghibli Animation but I don’t find clocks serene.
Ooh glad to find another Ghibli fan! To me, serenity is a state of being calm and peaceful. These are two emotions I do personally experience when admiring this miniature clock. When I’m home, clocks are peaceful. When I’m in college, well, then maybe that’s a different story…
I think to be serene we need to get away from timepieces. But I love Totoro, wish I had a clock like that or with some of the creatures from Princess Mononoke….
Interesting! Does the slow tick-tock of a clock not evoke a sense of peace within you? I guess our differences are what make the world go round.
I love Totoro! Such a sweet clock!
It’s pretty cool, isn’t it? I’m a fan of almost anything with any of the Ghibli characters on it haha.
