“You’ve been given the ability to build a magical tunnel that will quickly and secretly connect your home with the location of your choice — anywhere on Earth. Where’s the other end of your tunnel?” -The Daily Post
Shanghai, China.
The other end would lead me straight to Shanghai, China. The one place I’ve always wanted to visit.
For more than a decade, I have been documenting my misadventures on The Rocky Safari while exploring destinations all around the world. I may be an introvert at heart, but I love stepping outside of my comfort zone. Thanks to numerous solo travel adventures, I've learned to embrace long-term travel as a lifestyle. Now my primary goal is to help you explore unusual places, travel longer, and design a remote lifestyle.
To be honest, I’m not quite sure if I understand your question! If you’re asking me what I think you’re asking me, I’m going to say my heart would connect with a less-fortunate area of America where I could arrive and offer my help to those in need. My imagination would connect a tunnel to Atlantis! 🙂
I likely posed the question poorly. It was intended as a singular destination. Unsure, you instead took it in two creative directions… each of which yield a little more insight in Rocky. 🙂 Both of these connections are noble and reflective. Thanks for taking the time to think about and share a less literal response.
A predictably, literal answer, Rocky. The direction I would anticipate most respondents going.
Always curious here, where within an ‘earthly realm’ would your heart or imagination connect?
No need to answer if the question makes you uncomfortable. 🙂
