Nothing really keeps me awake aside from completing my daily nighttime regimen before going to sleep each night. When it comes to sleep, I’m super careful about making sure I get as close to five hours as possible. I don’t like to sleep more than I have to but I also have to make sure I DO sleep- even if just for an hour- otherwise I can’t function as well as I otherwise would.
