“What giant step did you take where you hoped your leg wouldn’t break? Was it worth it, were you successful in walking on the moon, or did your leg break?” –The Daily Post
Thinking back on my life, one of the biggest risks I ever took was deciding to leave my town’s school system for a vocational high school. It was incredibly sad and scary at the time.
Looking back, I couldn’t picture it any other way. It was a SUPER SMALL school (the OPPOSITE of Rutgers) and I knew everyone in a relatively short amount of time.
I don’t think I could have asked for a more perfect high school experience. Prom was the only cause of drama and it wasn’t even too bad. I actually miss high school to be completely honest. I like college a lot too… but there is something comforting about small environments.
