“What giant step did you take where you hoped your leg wouldn’t break? Was it worth it, were you successful in walking on the moon, or did your leg break?” -The Daily Post
Thinking back on my life, one of the biggest risks I ever took was deciding to leave my town’s school system for a vocational high school. It was incredibly sad and scary at the time.
Looking back, I couldn’t picture it any other way. It was a SUPER SMALL school (the OPPOSITE of Rutgers) and I knew everyone in a relatively short amount of time.
I don’t think I could have asked for a more perfect high school experience. Prom was the only cause of drama and it wasn’t even too bad. I actually miss high school to be completely honest. I like college a lot too… but there is something comforting about small environments.
