I think school systems would benefit from having classes on more realistic topics like how to raise children, how to pick a suitable partner, and how to pick a job that is right for you. Unfortunately, it would be easy for teachers to say something that may not necessarily be correct. For instance, if a teacher values money more than happiness, they may push their students in what might be the wrong direction. Likewise, a homophobic teacher would be reluctant to suggest the possibility of choosing a same-sex mate.

I think teachers can only advice. Kids are going to do whatever they want in the long run.
Yeah, I think you’re right. My logic was that perhaps some guidance is better than no guidance. Who knows~
