“Tell us about the time you rescued someone else (person or animal) from a dangerous situation. What happened? How did you prevail?” –The Daily Post
One time I freed a bird that got its left leg stuck between the fence in my backyard. It probably wouldn’t have gotten out because its little leg was really jammed in there. It was sad though: we didn’t want it to nip at us so my dad had to throw a towel over it, gently slide the bird up and out, and then release it. The poor little thing was probably horrified but I was not about to let the cute little bird die!

Nice. We caught a bat in our house a couple of weeks ago by throwing a blanket over it. I talked to the exterminator later about it, and he said that’s the best way to catch bats, so throwing the towel over the bird was probably the safest thing to do for both of your sakes. Nice that the bird was eventually freed.
Probably! At least, I hope so! I’d be much more nervous about capturing the bat ahahaha. Good job!
