“Do you have a mentor? Tell us about him or her. Are you a mentor to someone else? Tell us what that relationship has added to your life.” –The Daily Post
In many ways, I view everyone as a mentor because it’s possible to learn a little something from just about everyone! I don’t really have one person that guides me and my decisions though. Am I a mentor? Maybe to my little sister!

I had a mentor for the first part of my career. It ended when he died. I have worked with eleven different interns from my alma mater and continue to mentor them. The experience is very rewarding and challenging. It allows me to draw from many unusual exoeriences in my own life in order to share with them.
Good for you- I think that is great! It’s important to challenge yourself. As long as you find it rewarding and know that they are gaining something from it, sounds like it’s an excellent situation!
