Daily Prompt: Show and Tell

“You’ve been asked to do a five-minute presentation to a group of young schoolchildren on the topic of your choice. Describe your presentation.” -The Daily Post

I’ve actually done this before so not only do I know what I would do, but I know what I did do! With the help of two of my peers, we put together the BeeSmart Project, a website geared towards educating elementary school students on how to be safe on the internet. (You can find it at BeeSmart.info).

We made the website child-friendly and sold t-shirts, mugs, and pencils with “BeeSmart.info” on them to help promote and fund the project. It was such a fun presentation! We then took the project and presented it at SkillsUSA last year; they awarded it a silver medal!
